Hi all,

I hope someone is able to help me with this.
I own a holiday house in Empuriabrava – Catalonia with my 3 brothers. I am looking into moving there on my own.
The house has 4 bedrooms and as I only need one of them, I am looking into the possibility of renting 3 of them out on a short term period.
I have already done some research on the laws and have fund that by Decreto 159/2012 it would be a tourist accommodation. The problem is under this case, that I would only be allowed to rent out the house as a unit and not the bedrooms.
Dose anybody know if there is another way how to rent out just the bedrooms?
