..about the rental income you can expect from various parts of Spain, which is obviously a factor for some owners or would-be owners. All based on the rental income for the month of August foor a two-bed 65 sq m apartment on the front line. It’s in Spanish, but the gist is that Lugo, Tarragona and Alicante are the cheapest at 1,200 euro per month. Granada, Málaga, Almería, Valencia, Tenerife and Murcia average up to 2000 euros. The most expensive are Gerona, Guipúzcoa and Ibiza – San Sebastián/ Hondarribia (Guipúzcoa), Begur (Gerona) and Playa d´en Bossa/ Pº Marítimo de Figueretes (Ibiza) rent for 4,500 euros a month.
