I’m working on a new idea for a TV programme about people looking to buy/who have bought properties in need of renovation in Spain.

I was wondering if any of you here – might want to have a chat about how you went about it or what are your motivations to do it?

This would be an aspirational look at amazing people taking this risk and making it work 🙂

I’ve been doing this after a fashion – really, converting an existing property into a holiday let for sportsmen/women.

Hi Laura,

We may be. Just returned from a house hunting trip and are looking at one in particular that needs renovation/finishing and possibly extending. Rural property in a fantastic location, well we think so. Obviously a way to go yet in the buying process but we are up for the challenge even though some of our friends think we are mad.
