You and I both know we have a whole file on people like us who would be potential witnesses where this company is concerned. 😉

Plus having secretly taped one meeting we had with one of the directors where he totally incriminated himself, acknowledging the building licence was obtained by Town Hall bribery (so they knowingly sold regardless), trust me – the last place they would ever want to go is to court over ‘libel’. The tape is safely in a little box, just waiting…….

Remax is a Franchise. Very prominent in north America. Eralia was/is a promotor. However REALIA is a different company & is/was part of Real Madrid construction arm. I beleive their offices are in ” Torre de Europa” one of the most expensive real estate in Madrid. The building was part of the KIO group.

I have bought from them and found them to be a Rolls Royce of a construction company. Few problems snagging etc post handover but they were sorted out with the usual laid back, manana mentality.

If I am buying again. I would buy from them with confidence. Something which is in short supply in Spain ( Confidence ) .

Now for all those who accuse me for being negative. How this posting for you guys.

Actually, with our developer being awarded ‘Best Of….’ etc. at a property award ceremony in London, we thought we were buying ‘Rolls Royce’.
Turned out to be an Austin 1100 with no MOT.

Must add. When I purchased my of plan from Realia. I paid them the €3000 resevation. They did not request the balance of the 30% until they received their required paper work etc from the Council to commence works. This took around seven months.
