I am an American and I am researching to sell real estate
in Marbella for one of the well established real estate firms
in Marbella/Porto Banus area.

I would like to know if you can tell me what are the employment
policies of hyow a real estate sales person gets paid. Is it strickly
on a commission basis, salary plus commission? Can you also
tell me in Euro terms what would be the commission percentage
range and or the salary amount.

I know that a license to sell is not required and about the legalities
in obtaining a work permit and temporary/permanent residency.
