re-registering cars

      Does anyone know how to go about re-registering a car from Canaries to Malaga/Fuengirola are. I need to register my Euro plated car from Lanzarote address to Mijas Costa address ready for ITV which is due for it’s 4th birthday in November.

      Can any one tell me how to go about it, with only a limited spoken Spanish, or if there is anyone who can do this for us and how much we should be looking to pay for someone.

      Any info would be greatfully received.

      Hi all,
      Still looking for advice but meant to say it’s registering a change of address to a different province and not re-registering as I originally said, hope this makes sense, any advice as to how to go about it appreciated.
