This time, Solvia, the real-estate company associated to Banco Sabadell, launched half of its first ever portfolio of new apartments in Barcelona, with the 31 homes selling out in record time.
Reserves for these properties belonging to Solvia, one of the most active property companies on the market, were made in a matter of hours, after prospective buyers queued up through the night and then banged on the door of their office in the morning before they opened.
Well, I read this story in the local press a few weeks ago. Corp seem to be selling their projects off-plan without much trouble. Part of the reason is because there is almost no new product for sale in Barcelona, so they don’t have much competition.
