Question for solicitors re BG’s

      Hi All.
      Just wondered in these new days of Spanish justice, are there any solicitors out there winning cases for clients with no bank guarantees and cancelling contracts and recovering deposits, interest and costs on off plan purchases.
      Looking forward to replys.

      Yes, of course.
      The only problem these days is to do it quickly, as some developers are going bankrupt, and this complicates things even more.

      Of course there are, Ken; but as my colleague said, the main problem is the slowness of the justice in Spain.
