Anybody got any ideas please, we really need to see an example quickly! Further info: bank wants to see a draft contract to purchase a property in spain as condition of raising the monies. The property is resale 3 bed apartment in Benalmedana, it’s a 4 year old property and owned by my brother who I’m buying it from so the ins and outs aren’t necessarily as complicated as an arrangement with a vendor I’ve never met before.

Need some help on where to see a sample draft urgently guys if you can please help – yes I’m posting like mad for an answer/some help but my other half is nagging me to be able to find this draft example quickly and the whip will be cracked on return home from a hard day at work if I cant come up with at least something to go on! 😥

Been looking on google, and there’s loads of websites which cover the use of a contracto privado de compraventa, but none of the websites so far show what format the contract should take, nor a sample draft. Is this privileged information? Sorry getting angry that something so supposedly simple is so elusive,

all I want is to see a sample draft of a contracto privado de compraventa

Am ready to give up, the web is definitely not all its cracked up to be – if anyone can help, I’ll keep checking in here 😥
