I’m new to this forum a BIG HELLO to you all 😀
I would like to offer our apartment in Puerto Duquesa, Cost Del Sol for weekly rental. Its a larger than average apt that we have owned now nearly 5yrs the best things about the apt is its size, location and of course the view, your front line to the marina, the first picture you see above is the actual view from our balcony the second is taken from ground level below our apt and the 3rd pic is the beach which is only 100yds away which has a fantastic view along the coast, it also has 6 single beds so ideal for the golfers, we have Duquesa golf an 18 hole 5min away and 10/15min away from the famous Valderrama, there are numerous other Golf courses to chose from.
There are many reviews for you to read on my web page. Its reasonably price from £350 to £595 for up to six persons and especially for its location and spaciousness.
As you will see from the pic’s on my web page, Its comfy and clean, Its not 5* plush as the price would be double, however if you want 5* views and location, for a family of 6 then our apt might suit you
.3 bedrooms, 6 single beds
2 Bathrooms, bath with shower
Separate kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,fridge/freezer and all standard utensils
2 Hallways
Large living/dinning area
Balcony
2nd floor
Lift
Many bars and fab restaurants
2 lovely beaches each side to the marina with fantastic beach bars
Front line marina
No need for car/taxi of an eveningAs a little incentive the first 3 to book will have a discount of £40 off there booking on whichever week they want and £100 off for a 2wk booking, better than nothing at all isn’t it
If you need any further information or would like to see more pictures of the area please contact me via pm
