🙁 We are having problems with the Developer, who is making changes to the house we are buying as it is being built. Whilst we are reluctantly accepting some of the changes we are very unhappy about losing a side window in our dinning room.

Could anyone help by giving me the address and fax number of the Town Hall Planning Department in Iznajar?

Also if the buyers of no. 7 and 1 read this post could you please check your signed off plans to see if you had a side window or not.

We were having problems with this developer Allied Developments over a year ago and therefore decided not to proceed with the purchase.

I hope other prosepctive purchasers read your post and take heed.
