Hello,

I have two properties for sale which are now complete. Both in Manilva, Duquasa area close to the port. One is a two bedroom apartment the other three beds. Both have the most astounding views of the ocean and mountains.

The smaller property has a veranda on two sides because it is an end unit. There is private garage parking and storeage on this unit. Pool, etc.

The three bedroomed property has clear ocean views, parking garage with storeage and gymnasium. Key pad entry, pool, etc.

Both apartments are five minutes from the port of Duquesa in different complexes and they are close to beaches, restaurants.

Gibraltar is 20 minutes away.

Unfortunately because we live in the USA we have to have an agent to speak on our behalf and hold our keys but she speaks good English and is more than willing to show people the properties on our behalf.
