      I am interested in swapping my country house near Cognac in France for a property in Catalunia. Value around 160K Euros.

      I imagine you have completed your swap by now. If not, I have a renovated 4-bedroom flat in Tarragona ( very convenient for Barcelona by train or bus, but without the racket!_ It would probably suit you. Let me know if you are still interested in a swap, as I want to move to rural France!

      No, we still have the house near Cognac. In fact the family moved to Italy for a year but are now back in Barca.
      Where can we see details of your Tarragona property?

      And for anyone else who might be thinking of an exchange; we are still interested in doing a property swap.

      We are looking for a property within an hour of Barcelona; must have a min. of 2 bedrooms and some outside space, preferably on or close to the coast. Value around 160k Euros.
