      I am a student at the University of Malta and am currently conducting my dissertation. I am looking for data with regards to real estate contracts in various contries including Spain.

      I would like to know how much property was sold in total in Spain in 2007. This data shouold include property sold to locals aswell as to foreigners.

      788,518 residential property transactions in 2007 (341,264 new build and 447,254 resale), down from 916,103 in 2006. Source: Spanish property register.

      If I may ask, do you suggest any source to find similar data for the following countries?

      France, Bulgaria, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus, and Turkey
