I’m looking for a property in Spain – 3 beds- Costa Blanca but not necessary. Price up to £100000.
I can offer deposit and Private Payment Plane over few years time, with few bigger installments over that period.
I basically don’t want take any mortgage but need buy a property in Spain .

We have a property in Spain that we no longer require, but it would need to be sold through the proper channels and with a one off payment. However, it is probably worth about €100k in its current state but we would be happy to accept an offer (maybe €30k) as we have bought another house and this is surplus to requirements.

It is near the town of Villena (in La Encina), Alicante region, Costa Blanca, approximately 40 mins from Alicante airport. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate downstairs toilet. It is in a rural position, small garden but with a large roof terrance which gives spectacular 360 degree views of the mountains and local town. Water and electric are connected and the house is useable/liveable now but does need some renovation to make it perfect.

Why are you advertising your property here? If it is really worth 100,000 Euros at 2014 prices, and you are prepared to accept 30,000 Euros, you would have a queue a mile long clambering to buy a property at a 1/3rd of it’s value, the instant it hit fotocasa or other website!!!
