Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on property management agents in Spain, in particular in the Malaga region?

I am referring to managing agents who look after urbanisations or communities who pay a service charge/community charge etc (rather than a property management firm who look after individual rented apartments).

Do they exist out there? Do communities use agents to manage sites for them? Can anyone suggest some names of reputable firms that I can look at?

I’m a managing agent in England and i’m wondering if there is scope for me to work in a similar job out in Spain, or even potentially create my own agency in time. I am aware that many communities are managed by the residents themselves with a president, treasurer etc, but I assume that some companies do offer this service.
