These are the only places to show an increase in prices. Marbella prices have risen 1.65% and Estepona 0.24%. If I were to believe this rubbish I would have a smug grin just now. However, it is hard to ignore the fact that two streets away 5 out of six houses are for sale, and have been for a long time 🙄
