Is there anywhere like the UK’s Land Registry where I can get a true value/price that a property should sell for.
Asking Prices and Bank Valuations seem a little suspect?

True that spanish wages are low but there are plenty of spanish living on CDS urbanisations. My nearest 4 neighbours are spanish, they aren’t all peasants you know there is a middle/professional class.

There is an official tax value which is calulated by multiplying the land value which is in the IBI receipts by 1,5 2,00 2,5. This factor varies depending on municipality. There is an offical list made yearly, but actually… the value is the market value. Here is where speculation arises.
