It does seem to give them very broad powers over our affairs. Is this a usual procedure when the purchaser is abroad, and does anyone have any cautionary advice? Thanks. Insist on adding a clause something like “for any transaction regarding the purchase of xxxx property” April 23, 2014 at 4:58 pm #119450 pizzacheazeParticipant also collect the original from your lawyer once you have completed 🙂 April 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm #119460 Arthur StuttardParticipant And put a time limit on it.
