possible reposession!

      Hi guys new to the board
      Have had a property in spain for some time now but currently have real problems with arrears on my mortgage,5 months behind. the lender is an american bank, does anyone know how long you get in spain regarding reposession and are the courts favourable if you are willing to contribute to the arrears.

      For such a serious matter, I suggest you seek legal advice or talk to your bank.
      Much safer than asking on a forum as guaranteed, no two cases and circumstances are alike.
