Telegraph article today talks of British expats in Portugal face losing waterfront homes and similar to Spain’s land grab law:
When read, it just mentions a couple living on Madeira which is Portuguese but no mention of mainland Portugal 🙄
Question: The article mentions Spain’s Land Grab and the 2005 European Commission report saying it breached various rights, so does anyone have an update on this, does it still carry on in Spain? 🙄
