Hi, could anybody give me an idea how much the community charges are for PW resorts, specifically Mar Menor, please.

I have trawled the net with not much success, hence the request.
I appreciate the charges differ according to property types, I am interested in 3 bed properties.

Yep try that forum. As a very guide for an apartment on a resort you are paying circa Euro !,200 per year, a townhouse Euro 1,800, a villa Euro 2,400. Largely the fees are based on plot size, a 3 bed villa may cost you approx. Euro 2,400+, that said the community on Mar Menor i’ve heard have got there act together and have a control over costs, you may come in a little under Euro 2,400, even for a 3 bed with decent plot size.
