Can anyone help us we have been going around in circles for approx 6 years now ,it is a  a bad dream.

We wanted to live in SPAIN  and gave a deposit of 67,000euros to POLARIS/PARADOR for an apartment in MURCIA  ISLA DE CONDADO .Everytime they asked for more money we gave them ( we did get one Bank Guarantee) when we went to the ABOGADO( after being fobbed off for over a year)   she  knew nothing about us .When she looked in a draw she found one bank guarantee and had kept it just in case and did not know about the others ?

Each and every time we have rung them they have never got back to us its like we have never given them any  deposit.

The money was sent through MONEY CORP to the original bank who was taken over by another bank who then was taken over by another bank who then they were  taken over by another bank .POLARIS /PARADOR have been given the money and as far as they are concerned try and get it back.

CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP US PLEASE?
