Someone proposed to me a 400 square meters plot of land in Catalonia for 145000 euro (Terreno urbano solar)
I would like to get an idea how much I need to add on the top of the buying price including all taxes and solicitor and notarial fees…?
I would say add 14%….that would include everything including the Spanish version of stamp duty.
As a matter of interest, where is this land?…It sounds expensive to me…
I have a plot, also terreno urbano solar in Catalunya of 2058 square metres and it is not worth that…despite it being an amazing plot with amazing views…
