3 double bedroomed town house Playa Flamenca built in 2001. Recently extended front patio and panel heating installed. Digital TV. Also Top floor and back patios.
Small Quiet estate – close to all amenities . 10 min walk to beaches. Large communal pool. It is really spacious with 3 good sized bedroom 2 with doubles and one with two singles. The main bedroom on the top floor also has a sofa bed and the room easily takes the two double beds as well as patio doors opening on to a south west facing balcony we have often sat up there until the sun disappears.

It has a large bathroom on the middle floor as well as the two other bedrooms. The ground floor has another bathroom fitted with a shower, a kitchen and a utility room it has a patio outside the back door which we had tiled and we recently had the front patio extended. When the sun is at its highest the sun remains at the front until about 4 in the afternoon and is on the pool all day. It is beautiful first thing in the morning.
