There are plans afoot to make it possible to manage the entire conveyancing process of a property in Spain online from abroad, including the inscription of deeds in the property register. Something to do with the European Association of Property Registrars (EIRA) and the project is called Netpro, I think. So in theory, if I understand it correctly, you can have deeds notarised in another country, then send them to an authorised Gestor in the area where the property is located to have them inscribed in the register.
