Sorry, I’ve been away for a few days. I don’t know it well enough to judge. I’ve driven through a few times but that’s all I know of it, though I’ve done a lot of work over the border in Murcia advising banks that have taken over Golf developments.

Are you looking at a rural property, town / village property, or a development? Is this for holidays or retirement?

You always have to be careful in rural Spain, it can be a minefield, even when buying on what seems to be a consolidated urbanisation in the countryside. The countryside is quite attractive in parts, though if you want really lovely countryside I prefer parts of Andalusia and Extremadura.
