BlockedAnyone heard of them? Just seen their ad’ in Euroweekly. Sounds like one to avoid.
“Pink International property has over 40 years combined experience in selecting offers for the serious property Investor, and have a proven track record in producing yearly returns of up to 20%.
Our portfolio covers property in Spain…Brazil and Berlin where we offer fully tenanted buy to lets.
PIP is one of the first Spanish agencies to offer guaranteed rental packages on all purchases, which are fully insurance backed.
Full finance packages are available subject to status and the only cash you will need to join our investro group is an initial deposit of 3000E, plus if purchasing in Spain, a Foreigners Identity Number costing 260E 🙄 -

BlockedKaty, have also recently seen their advert and it looks decidedly dodgy, I mean 40 years combined experience could mean 40 people each with a year etc, 20% returns sound unrealistic in these markets.
I think people should stay well away from them! 🙄

ParticipantThe Euro Weekly is usually more interested in its advertisers than in its readers. I’ve seen a few ‘notorious’ outfits showing their wares in this paper.

As usual he hit the nail firmly on the head.
Certainly true here on the Costas where anything goes, to sell an advertising slot.

Or maybe they are trying to attract the ladies. You know how their heads turn to mush whenever they think something insignificant is cute. Usually they end up marrying them.

It was an attempt at humour and a variation on the Cher comment that “women get upset by the silliest little things, and then usually marry them”
I’ll get my coat

even the webiste is crap, but it gives you and office address that you could go in. If I had lost money I would be going to pay them a friendly visit.
