permanent property swap – nederland for catalonia ?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew what the deal is with swapping properties on a permanent basis.
having just bought a property in Catalonia I would like to ‘bring’ my one bedroom apartment in Den Haag with me.
If I could swap it for a beach property in catalonia then I could keep and eye on it and use it as a rental.
Does anyone have any experience with this sort of thing ?

Sorry, can’t help but interesting that you have links to den Haag. My daughter was based there for a few years firstly living in Marlot then Wassenaar. had some good times there and some good food down on the beach at Scheveningen.
