Any thoughts or suggestions on the following proposition would be appreciated:

I am a 72 year old active English pensioner resident in Spain for over 30 years with good Spanish. I should like to look at the possibility of working again – possibly part time because (i) I have too little to occupy myself and want to be more active and develop an interest (ii) I have mortgage burdens on property that is hard to sell and need extra income.

I was a teacher for many years and also have long experience as a financial adviser to British expats. Because of this I think I have the right personal qualities to present property to clients working out of an estate agency especially as the market improves.

Any comments on the feasibility of working as an associate with an established and above all reputable agency would be appreciated. Equally any information about the legalities of working when over the official pension age?
