We have heard from Buyers, Agents and Solicitors, but not Peinsa directly as yet, that the La Tercia Real development has closed.
A number of Buyers had already started cancelling due to ongoing delays and limited information.
Peinsa are due to contact Buyers directly regarding the closure, however suggest Buyers who are not aware of this to make contact with their Solicitors immediately.
We are already in the process of “negotiating” with Peinsa and Banco Poplar for the return of our deposits since the middle of the year, however we feel sorry for those Buyers who have already sold up in the UK and are renting in Spain, hopefully they will get good deals on key ready property elsewhere, on the assumption that they will get their refunds sorted in reasonable time with the cooperation of the Developer and the Bank…..
