Owning apartment in a hotel

      We have an apartment within a hotel complex. Most of the apartments in the hotel are owned by the hotel company. Now they want to manage also the private apartments and refers to “unidad de explotacion” that there can only be a single operator of ALL apartments in the hotel.

      But I have heard that up to 10% of the apartments in a complex are allowed outside the single operator. Anyone know if this is correct??

        Oh, sorry, It is in Torremolinos, Andalucia
