Overbidding + Cooperativa lawyer

      Two quick questions:

      (1) When buying a property is it legally allowed in Andalusia to bid more than the asking/listing price?

      (2) Does anyone have a recommendation for a lawyer in Andalusia that is knowledgable in Cooperativa law?

      Hi Will, as far as I know it is perfectly legal to bid more than the asking price in an open market sale. You can find lawyers for Andalusia in the Directory of this website.

      An average, what kind of return (ROI%) would I expect to receive on a real estate (commercial or/residential) properties in Spain in general ? Thanks. Kris.
