      I appreciate you believe you’re just being amusing, but don’t you think it’s rather rude that you jump on everyone else’s ‘private sale’ thread, promoting your own property?

      If you want to make a comment, at least leave the link to your property off, surely as a courtesy if nothing else.

      I consider this generous ! Catty has accused me of doing it for my ad , how unselfish can I be to do it FOR someone else. I would also say that it is not as rude as slagging every one elses private sale off, as seems to be the aim of a lot of people on this forum.

      I’m only guessing here, but think people would prefer to be without your generosity……and therefore the inevitable promotion of your property……. on their thread.
      If you want to make a comment, at least leave the link to your property off, surely as a courtesy if nothing else.
