I have recently aquired a property in Murcia province. I am the first owner even though the house is ten years old.
I should like to make some substantial additions, namely installing “built-in” air conditioning and improvements in ventilation.
To help in this I would like to find the original architectural plans. The builder of the house and the selling agent have been unable to help, so my question is; would there be any department goverment or otherwise where original plans would be lodged.

The town hall planning department will have a copy of the original plans

The best option seems to be the Town Hall as the builder should have filed a copy of the plans to obtain the building license. Also, you may try – via an architect – in the Architects Association as the plans had to be stamped in the Association and they may keep a copy.
