      Just to clarify.
      I no longer live in Ibiza which is the reason for the sales.
      I am living in rented accomodation for now and need to sell quickly in order to settle.
      Consequently, I will accept offers, and am prepared to be very flexible with prices.
      No decent offer will be ignored

      OK, as I have not had a reply , I can lower these prices to 390000 for the penthouse and 255000 for the other apartment.
      These are bargains even in the current climate

      Cant believe that there are any serious investors on here if no one is even interested to ask about these two gorgeous properties

      Trying to find best part of 1/4 million pounds in the current climate is rather difficult.

      Maybe your “bargain” price reduction is not enough for “serious investors”.

      “The UK estate agent Savills said Britons are having to accept price cuts of 20pc to 30pc if they need to sell their villas in a hurry”.

      That should make your penthouse around 315,000 euros if you want to sell ‘in a hurry’.

      Or maybe not many are interested in Ibiza?

      Thanks for your comment. I have aleardy dropped those prices by a huge amount for a quick sale. I would suggest you have a look online at some agencies in Ibiza and you will quickly see that these prices are bargains.
