…The sign says it all, located in the Spanish town of Chipiona – Costa de la Luz, front line beach. Chipiona is a very Spanish beach town for those who don’t know and has a population of around 12,000, in summer it goes upto cerca 250,000. Proves very popular with the people of Seville and Madrid who desend on the area in July & Aug.
For those who can’t see the sign it’s a terraced duplex type property of 105m2 and 84m2 constructed house and for sale at 495.000 Euros.
The price all depends on what you think the front line beach location is worth. The house on it’s own should only be worth about 200k at a push, maybe 75k for the front line location, anyway about 100% over priced?
The truth is that the owner does not really want to sell. From the outside it looks pretty disgusting and can imagine that the inside is not much better. The for sale sign just makes it harder for everyone else to sell becase it is likely to be there next summer…well that´s if it is not blown down in the winter winds…..
