We are a Mother, Daugher and two dogs looking to house swap our beautiful, renovated Andalucian house for a UK property for 1yr plus.

Our home is a 3 storey, 4 bed townhouse with private patios, garden with fruit trees and a fabulous view of a hilltop monastery which is floodlit at night. It’s located within the old quarters of a traditional and picturesque Andalucian community – Archidona, which is less than an hour from Malaga airport.

Our requirements are:

Character property preferred – farmhouse/barn conversion ideal.
4 dble bedrooms
Large kitchen (with dining space-ideal)
Enclosed & secure large garden
Outbuildings or workshop

Areas considered: Kent/Sussex/Surrey ideal but further afield considered. Semi-rural/village – ideally no more than 2hrs train journey to central London but we are relatively open on area.
