Are there any MORE people here left with off-plan property mis-sold by the above Company or others who were promised that they could re-sell before completion?
This Company is still claiming that property sells within 3 weeks and ‘you must hurry over’ to reserve.
Their Chairman (sounds like a well known Hamburger), quotes in their out-of-date Brologue that he is ‘concerned about other companies/competitors will mis-sell to purchasers’. The gall of the man!
The point is ‘they are still using the same sales tactics despite the 4 Press releases exposing them’, some of which can be accessed via links on this forum. Problems Investing Off-Plan etc.
