forum page under the title Spanish Estate Agents, seems they’ve been rumbled big time, also links to click on about their dirty tricks in Spain and now Turkey too, not paying staff etc.

not sure how this becomes they are getting what they deserve! – its nothing new – yet they still manage to sucker in people and sell them illegal properties – oh sorry they dont sell them illegal houses they “just introduce the buyer to the seller and have no legal responsiblity – its the buyers responsibility to check the legality”

judging by the posts though banushouse, there appears to be strong evidence that they are not paying their staff on time, in fact someone working for them says they have been paid their basic salaries only, (no commission) and late. If that’s the case then they may well have financial problems.
Also, on page 3 of the thread, there are a number of newspaper links to click on, about their naughty tricks which keep coming back to bite them, and apparently another due out this year.
Although they are still suckering people in, it’s sites like these which are helping to restrict their sales, and don’t forget Your Move which is a large chain of agents here, dropped them last year.
People are wising up to them at last, maybe the Spanish regulators will too.
