Squatters have moved into 25 apartments owned by a bank. In a nice area too…well it was before they overbuilt there! Close to Puerto banus.

I think this case of squatting in Wales shows no-one is safe!

Marcos now now, that’s scraping the barrel surely 😆 To compare a closed Welsh police station which could do with some inhabitants against some prime residential in Spain is rather odd to say the least. Squatters get everywhere, but imagine owning a residential or holiday home in Spain and having squatters move in, bang goes your life in the sun 🙄

Canton in Cardiff compared to Marbella and look at the state of the building 😆

100s of squatter stories from high-cost London if you prefer! But I wasn’t comparing “prime” Marbella with Wales. Yet again you judge by your own prejudice. The point was it doesn’t matter what status a building previously had, whether bank or police station!

Tut Tut 😯 Is that part of Wales the new property hot spot? 😆

‘Whether bank or police station’ or ‘even prime residential in Spain 🙄 ‘, I said squatters get everywhere, fully expect you to provide links to London and the UK now, maybe some in an area near you 🙄

Whatever is being discussed he has to bring the UK into it…as if it made any difference to an expat living next door to squatters 🙄 Can just see them sitting on their terrace in Marbella listening to the racket of the low life, saying well it could be worse they have squatters in the UK too 😆

Love it katy 😆 As far as I know Marbella is still in Spain and this is SPI, still I’m happy to big up UK as well, seems like we’re doing pretty well too maybe slightly better, property market risen apparently, talk of a new bubble forming, ah well another opportunity to buy if it goes down, just spreading the good news around 😉

      I want to squat too.
