Notary and registry fees in Valencia region

      Where can I find out what the fees are for the above at the current time? Is there a government web site which will give me the information?

      Hi Smitches

      Notary Public Fees are charged on a scale depending on the purchase value (Declared)
      Property Registration Fees are levied by the Land registry. These are around 40% of the Notary charges.

      The best place to find out exactly how much the notaries fees are – is to ask the particular notary you will be using. The Notaries fees are generally around 0.5% of the purchase price
