what is it with some of the lawyers on CDS? despite no bank guarantees, no habitation licence and several breaches in contract, (in our case) they still seem very reluctant to take on this developer, even though they are constantly being accused and being proven guilty of bad practice and wrong doings! You think that might be a clue to their integrity and make lawyers jobs easier rather than harder?

One lawyers answer to me was they are too problematic!!!!!

Read on another board someone has put down a deposit in 2004 on a development in Roquetas. They have now been told it will be an aparthotel and they can use it 4 weeks a year. IF they get their money back it will be less agency fees!!!!!!!!!!!

Their first development in this resort had massive problems.
Next one coming up for completion…watch this space.
The person mentioned above has bought in their 3rd development.

They are already developing in the Benidorm area and are rumoured to be looking at the Balearics and Canaries…… 👿

……well i would have thought our case is fairly black and white, but still waiting for lawyers to advise on what we do next, soooooooooooo frustrating, as we are told completion date will be soon, and we don’t want to be rushed in to the wrong decision!

Apparently the lawyer who won compensation in two cases against Aifos are one and the same.

Must be damn good.

If your abagado looked at the documents and told you to proceed then found all of the issues later…..

He is the last person to want to go legal with the developer as the fault will be found at his door, go to another abagado??
