I have tried several times to download the None Residents tax form 210 from the Agencia Tributaria website but all I get is an orange coloured form which is not the official form. Any help regarding what I may be doing wrong will be gratefully appreciated as I am required to pay the tax by the end of December this year (2013)

You have to clic “Form for filing (preliminary tax return)” , it will open a new window with the form.

Many thanks.

However, I have been on the page you mention before but didn’t realise I had to complete the form that came on screen in order to to download the official Form 210 by validating it.

At the moment there’s some problem with the validation due some technical problem with Agencia Tributaria server but I’ll try again later.
