new mortgage laws in Spain, anyone know???

      Hi, a few friends have emailed me saying ‘have you seen the new laws in Spain regarding late mortgage payments’ but they haven’t given a link.

      Anyone have any idea what this new law is? Might it be a glimmer of hope for our enormous mortgage on worthless flat??
