      visited MURCIA LAST WEEK . WANTED 2 BED FRONT LINE GOLF NONE TOP FLOOR NONE AVAILABLE UNTIL NEW PHASE REALEASED. AGENT RANG ME AND SAYS I CAN BUY ON EXISTING PHASE THEN TRANSFER NO CHARGE FIRST REFUSAL ON NEW PHASE . PLEASE ADVISE IS THIS NORMAL PRACTICE BIG INVESTMENT FOR WIFE AND I WORRIED AGENT MAY JUST WANT HIS SALE HELP

        I agree with Katy. buyers market or not . Like you ever one will want a top floor, the fact is that you cant find one means that they are in demand
        all things being equal
