At first it looks strange, but you search in an area (but in Spanish) “piso venta valencia” will bring back flats for sale in Valencia

You can then filter out eg on price (precio) or area (superficie), and order by whichever field is on the dropdown list.

I suppose it’s not much different to how you can search on the likes of Idealista, but it’s done in a modern display a la Pinterest

Edit: just clicked on a property and realised this connects to the likes of Idealista, Pisos.com. I did wonder how it got all those listings up and running so quickly.
