New Laws on Swimming Pools?

      In August 2006 – I heard that EU regulations were being implemeted to govern the use of communal/community swimming pools. The proposals would require communal/community pools to be fenced off and child proof locks fitted. These locks should be placed so that children alone could not operate them. The regulations were said to come in to force in August 2007.

      Does anyone know if these regulations are coming into force in August 2007?

      Hi Oliver

      as far as I know these have been law for some time now in Spain. Whether enforced or not is a different matter
