Hello all.

I found this and I love it , but I need your opinion.

Any pros, cons will be appreciated.

foundation does not look good.

nerja has illegal builds. townhall has zero tolerance approach.

for the location it is expensive for the price/sqm.

Not completed, not all licences in place yet.

considering the built size compared to plot, could be rustic (country) land. limitation on what can be done to the land.

I bet most of the land is that ‘drop’ from the main photo.

90M2 is a bit small for 3 bedrooms. 2000M2 plot is a bit small to be legal in that area..just my opinion though.

Thanks for that bentdavi. Looks really nice. I know a number of people who have property in Nerja and love the place, i’m getting them to have a look as they are over there at the moment.
