I really need some help. I put down a deposit of £3000 on a villa at caravaca de la cruz and after llanera went bust I tried to claim my money back from the agent focus property. I have been dealing with an Alan Tickner who now works for global developments and have been so far unsucessful getting back what is rightfully mine. Where do I stand with this? How do I get my money back
